How pricing works. Small jobs quoted from a photo, same day. Bigger jobs get a free site visit anywhere from Bethlehem to Papamoa. You get one fixed number before anything starts, and no surprises after.

Do I need to move furniture?

We'll shift and cover what's in the room. Small stuff off shelves and walls is a help but not essential.

Which paint do you use?

Resene or Dulux, whichever suits the job. Near the coast we'll recommend the right exterior system for salt air. Or supply your own and we'll price the labour only.

Can you do it while tenants are in?

Yes, room by room. We'll work around them.
