How pricing works. Small jobs quoted from a photo, same day. Bigger jobs get a free site visit anywhere from Bethlehem to Papamoa. You get one fixed number before anything starts, and no surprises after.

How a repairs visit goes
  1. Send the listText or form. Photos of anything that's hard to describe.
  2. One price for the visitNot per item. A half day or a day, everything on the list.
  3. Turn up with the gearCommon parts on the van. Anything specific we'll confirm before the day.
  4. Tick them offDone, tested, tidied. Anything that turns out to need a licensed trade, we'll tell you.

Is there a minimum?

A visit is priced as a half day minimum, so it's worth getting the list together. Three or four jobs in one go is where it makes sense.

What can't you do?

Anything that legally needs a licensed trade: electrical work beyond changing a fitting, plumbing beyond taps and washers, structural building. We'll say so.

Do you bring parts?

Common stuff yes. Specific fittings or hardware we'll confirm with you before the visit so there's no second trip.
